Since sequencing technology has advanced, enormous volumes of raw data on tea (Camellia sinensis) are now accessible in public domains like NCBI and regional platforms.

Here, we have developed a web resource for haplotype information and visualization of the tea genome, utilizing Flask for server-side scripting and HTML/JavaScript for front-end design.

This platform enables exploring haplotype blocks, LD heatmaps, SNP density, and genotype patterns across chromosomes with interactive visualization support.
